MOC Exam Study Kit Version 2.0 reflects a thorough review and update by 10 Practice Emphasis Area Panels made up of Academy members. New topics were added, reflecting the advent and broader adoption of new technologies and increased clinical relevance of specific disease conditions. Most practice emphasis areas (PEAs) have new, combined and/or deleted topics. Also, a significant number of images were added to Version 2.0, augmenting the text content. MOC Version 2.0 will serve as the basis for the DOCK examination in 2008, 2009, and 2010.

The MOC Exam Study Kit is divided into 10 PEAs plus Core Ophthalmic knowledge, a required DOCK module.

You will receive free access to all PEAs:

  • Core Ophthalmic Knowledge (required DOCK module)
  • Comprehensive Ophthalmology
  • Cataract/Anterior Segment

Each PEA gives you access to four study tools:

  • Study Questions: Allows you to study at your own pace. Learn from hundreds of multiple choice questions based on the POC and receive immediate feedback.
  • Timed Exams: Simulate an online test-taking experience. Each exam allows you 60 minutes to complete 50 questions, and lets you track your scores to monitor your progress.
  • My Notebook: Allows you to quickly review, access and edit all your personal bookmarks, notes and highlights. These features are available in the Study Outline and Study Questions areas only.
