Ophthalmic Technology Assessments

Ophthalmic Technology Assessments (OTAs), written and reviewed by the Ophthalmic Technology Assessment Committee of the Quality of Care and Knowledge Base Development Secretariat, evaluate new and existing procedures, drugs and diagnostic and screening tests for safety and clinical effectiveness. OTAs are available through our Academy Store and are published in Ophthalmology, the Academy's clinical journal. Guidelines and Assessments are developed by the Academy without any external financial support.
